Customer Reviews
Good quality, but shipping could be better
Compared to some other homeware sites like Graham and Green, Pooky has really nice quality wooden lamp bases. I found a great one, and the lamp converters I needed were also well-priced. The only issue was that my order took a full week to arrive, which felt a bit long.
Good quality, delivery a bit slow
I bought a couple of the ceramic lamp bases and a silk lampshade. The quality of the items was really good, felt substantial and well-made. The lampshade was just as pictured. My order shipped out fairly quickly but it took about 8 days to actually get to me in California, which was a little longer than I expected for a US delivery. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about tracking, though. Overall, I'm happy with the purchase but wish the delivery speed was a bit faster.
Detailed thoughts on my Pooky order
I placed an order for a marble lamp base and a velvet empire lampshade. The ordering process was straightforward on their website; I found what I wanted without any issues. Shipping took around 6 business days to arrive on the East Coast, which was within their stated timeframe. Everything was packaged meticulously; the lamp base was very heavy and well-protected, and the lampshade arrived without a single dent or crease, which was impressive. The marble base feels incredibly solid and luxurious, and the velvet lampshade adds a beautiful, soft touch to the light. I tested the lamp with one of their recommended bulbs, and the light quality is excellent. I had a question about cleaning the velvet shade and their customer service responded within a day with helpful tips. Overall, I was very pleased with the quality of the products and the entire purchasing experience. It was exactly what I was hoping for.
Great value on a floor lamp
I was looking for a new floor lamp and found one on Pooky. I got it during their Pooky's Attic clearance. The price was great for the quality. It felt like a solid piece and looks really nice in my living room. Very happy with what I paid versus what I got.
Easy to order, nice lamp
Needed a new desk lamp so I checked out Pooky. The website was easy to use, no problems finding what I wanted. Ordered a brass lamp base and a simple card lampshade. It got here in about a week. Everything was packed well and the lamp looks pretty good on my desk. Definitely an easy shopping experience, which is what I like.
Obsessed with my new lamp!
I absolutely love the cordless rechargeable lamp I got! It's so cool how it works, and I can move it anywhere. The light is perfect, not too harsh. It really makes my living room feel cozier. I'm already planning my next purchase, maybe a pendant light next time. Definitely recommend this store!

Anyone know about Pooky's delivery to the US? Like, how long does it usually take to get here, say to New York?
Hey, I'm looking at getting one of those cordless table lamps for my patio. Do they actually stay charged for a decent amount of time, like enough for an evening outside?
